More than a housing facility:
Fresh Start's mission is to be the intervention in spite of current variables that would contribute to ex-offenders re-offending, such as not having the resources to provide for themselves and family members, because they were away from their jobs while confined, lack of housing, education, or unaddressed mental health, physical health, or chemical dependency issues.
Fresh Start seeks to meet the needs through providing, and / or referring services to our residents. With these gaps to success being identified, and filled, Fresh Start of Winona is able to report various successes of our residents.
